In 2011, Rare Form created the Donuts Are Forever Scholarship Fund, providing music education opportunities to participants of Groundwork for Success, a Good Shepherd Services college preparatory youth program in East New York, Brooklyn.

In 2014, World Up joins Rare Form in the mission and creating education content specifically for Groundwork for Success participants. "The World Up crew has enormous respect for the mission of DAF and their annual event," said World Up's founder and executive director, Ebenezer Bond. "We have long been fans of DAF and J Dilla's work. We are honored to have the opportunity to collaborate with DAF and bring our mission of empowering young people through music to augment the already amazing offerings at Groundwork."

We are so grateful to Rare Form for supporting Good Shepherd Services. Our young people light up every time they go to learn new techniques and the instructors are role models for following one's passion and putting in hard work to get better at something you love.
